The transportation of large power transformers, each weighing over 500 tons, presents significant challenges due to their massive size and the limitations of traditional transfer methods, which are often inefficient, high-risk, and lack flexibility. To address these issues, a 500-ton heavy-duty wheeled AGV has been developed, designed with an ultra-low chassis to accommodate low support frames while maintaining balanced load distribution. This AGV ensures safe and stable handling of oversized transformers and can achieve millimeter-level precision in turning and positioning, even within narrow and congested plant environments. - Ultra-high load capacity: Supports up to 500 tons for oversized transformer handling. - Ultra-low chassis design: Compatible with low support frames, ensuring balanced load distribution. - High precision maneuvering: Millimeter-level accuracy in turning and positioning. - Adaptability in tight spaces: Operates efficiently in narrow and congested plant environments. - Intelligent stability: Ensures safe and balanced transport of heavy loads. - Enhanced safety systems: Multiple layers of protection during operation. - Flexible mobility: High maneuverability despite extreme load capacity.
