The VP-1000 PET Bottle Vertical / Top Load Tester is professionally designed to test the top load resistance, container body side load resistance of PET containers. It is equipped with features such as: - Customized test mode can be realized according to user needs to meet various test requirements, with a maximum of 4 different pressure and holding time settings. - The instrument adopts an all stainless steel and aluminium design. - Intelligent functions such as over-travel protection, overload protection, automatic position reset, and power failure memory to ensure user safety. - 1~500mm/min adjustable step-less speed. - 7-inch touch screen control. - The screen can display dynamic functions, maximum pressure value, real-time pressure value, pressure holding time, platform height, platform running direction, screen display parameters, date and time, product name, operator, batch number, sample number, and test mode. - The instrument can store 10 operators and 30 product information entries and has a password protection function. - USB data port output, with "Quality testing" data analysis software. Principle: The plastic bottle is clamped between the two grips of the vertical load pressure tester, and the two grips move towards each other. The force sensor and the displacement sensor in the instrument collect the force change and displacement change to calculate the vertical load resistance.
