Nanomotion HR Series high force motors are high precision ceramic motors. Designed and manufactured under the Nanomotion brand, HR motors combine unlimited stroke with high resolution in compact dimensions. HR series motors range in size from 1 – 8 piezo elements providing forces to 3.2kg, and multiple motors can be combined for up to 15kg force. These motors can drive rotary and linear stages with a wide dynamic range of speeds. HR motors have unlimited travel with vacuum versions available. Applications include microscopy, precision motion, and robotics.
