The JRI offers this Penetration temperature probe that can be utilized to measure and record temperature in the food industry. This device is constructed in a 18.5 x 2.5 x 2.5 cm water-resistant framework that comprise of a sharp pointed probe. This has a measuring range of +50 °C up to +150°C with measurement accuracy of ±1°C from -30 °C to +150 °C and ± 2 °C or ± 2% above. In addition, it is supplied with a battery, guide and protective case.
