Description

PA12 resin is particularly well suited for different processing technologies: extrusion, injection, and blow-moulding processes. Welcome to wholesale the high quality nylon12 30% cf30 plastic pa12 resins made in China from our factory. As one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers in China, we are equipped with advanced equipment and technology. Please be free to get the customized products from us. The additive of 30% carbon fiber (CF30) to nylon 12 (PA12) significantly improves its strength performance, as demonstrated by the following: - Tensile Strength: Short Fiber Reinforcement: Depending on the material formulation and processing technology, the tensile strength typically ranges from 120-200 MPa. For example, PA12-CF30 composites produced using standard injection molding can achieve tensile strengths of 180-200 MPa, a 3-4 times increase compared to pure PA12 (approximately 40-60 MPa). Long Fiber Reinforcement: PA12 reinforced with long carbon fiber (LCF) exhibits even higher tensile strengths, reaching 240-250 MPa. This is due to the more uniform distribution of the fibers in the matrix and the longer effective load-bearing length. - Flexural Strength: The flexural strength of short fiber-reinforced PA12-CF30 is typically between 180-250 MPa, with a flexural modulus of 8-12 GPa, a 5-8 times increase compared to pure PA12 (approximately 1.5 GPa). Long-fiber-reinforced materials can achieve flexural strength exceeding 300 MPa and modulus exceeding 15 GPa, making them suitable for structural parts requiring extremely high rigidity, such as drone frames and automotive engine mounts. - Impact Strength: The addition of carbon fiber reduces the material's toughness, resulting in a notched impact strength typically ranging from 4-8 kJ/m² (ISO 179 standard). This is significantly lower than pure PA12 (approximately 50 kJ/m²), but still higher than glass-fiber-reinforced PA12 (approximately 3-5 kJ/m²). Surface modification can achieve a balance between strength and toughness, increasing the impact strength to 8-10 kJ/m². Quality Control: Julier Company implements strict and consistent quality control: From raw materials to finished products, quality inspection processes far exceed industry standards to ensure that the performance parameters of each batch of PA12 particles are highly stable, ensuring safe processing during large-scale production. Technical Support: Julier Company provides professional and timely technical support: The application engineering team has rich industry experience and can provide full chain technical support from material selection recommendation, mold design optimization to production process parameter debugging, helping to quickly solve practical problems in mass production. Certificates: The company provides certificates for its products (visuals available on the page). - Product Type: Nylon12 30% CF30 Plastic Pa12 Resins - Processing Technologies: Extrusion, Injection, Blow-moulding - Reinforcement: 30% Carbon Fiber (CF30) - Tensile Strength (Short Fiber): 120-200 MPa - Tensile Strength (Long Fiber): 240-250 MPa - Flexural Strength (Short Fiber): 180-250 MPa - Flexural Modulus (Short Fiber): 8-12 GPa - Flexural Strength (Long Fiber): >300 MPa - Flexural Modulus (Long Fiber): >15 GPa - Impact Strength (Notched, Short Fiber): 4-8 kJ/m² - Impact Strength (Surface Modified): 8-10 kJ/m² - Origin: China
