The Series 300’s leak test panels are the ideal choice for integration into machine lines and production facilities. An LCD plain text display is used to enter the parameters, set the test programme and display the test results. The USB interface on the front also allows the CALT data to be transferred to a PC using a memory stick. The last 500 measurements are stored on the device, and up to 100,000 measurements can be saved using the CALT software. Statistical parameters, such as the mean leak rate and standard deviation values, can be found in the statistics menu. When selecting the device variant, various test methods are available – pressure decay/pressure rise, relative/differential pressure and the mass flow method. The device is equipped with an RS 232 and a binary I/O interface as standard and, on request, it can also be equipped with an additional Profibus or Profinet interface. Special functions related to procedures such as volume-dependent leak tests and dynamic pressure or membrane tests, can also be integrated, as can an auto mastering function or an auto parameter module.
