The Series 200 leak test panels can be used as stand-alone devices or as part of a system of panels. Their simple menu structure makes them easy to use, and a large display provides information on the pressure curve during the measuring phase. The device’s single-channel measuring system is equipped with a relative or a differential pressure sensor and operates either according to the pressure decay/pressure rise or the mass flow method. An electronic proportional pressure regulator sets the filling pressure at the beginning of the measuring phase. The device has an RS 232 and a binary I/O interface and can be equipped with additional interfaces (Profibus, Profinet or Ethernet) on request. Up to 10,000 measurement results can be stored in the device’s memory. The data can be exported easily to an external memory stick via the USB port on the front. Special functions such as a volume-dependent leak test, auto-mastering, auto-parameter module, dynamic pressure and membrane test are also available on request. In addition, external pneumatic measuring equipment can be integrated into the test process.
