Compact AIRBOX and AIRBOX CENTER units featuring air receiver, dryer and optional filters are delivered ready for connection and immediate operation. Controlled by the SIGMA CONTROL 2 electronic controller, the integrated reciprocating compressor produces quality oil-free compressed air. AIRBOX and AIRBOX CENTER compact oil-free reciprocating compressor systems are perfectly suited to applications requiring clean compressed air, such as those found in laboratories, the pharmaceutical industry and the food & beverages industry. The benefits 24/7 compressed air availability – even at high temperatures: Thanks to an innovative cooling design for the compressor block and drive motor, AIRBOX and AIRBOX CENTER units can be operated at 100 % duty cycles in ambient temperatures up to +30 °C. No additional soundproofing required: 40 mm-thick sound insulation, cooling airflow with multiple bends, an acoustically decoupled compressor block, the perfectly-matched length of the inlet air line and highly effective soundproofing boxes allow installation directly at the work station – with no need for additional sound protection measures. Maintenance – a thing of the past: The oil-free nature of the compressor, as well as the maintenance-free 1:1 direct drive fitted in AIRBOX and AIRBOX CENTER units, means you will hardly ever meet our service staff! However, if the need for a service visit does in fact arise, the air filters and inlet filters are easily accessed by simply removing the large enclosure panels.
