Description

Overview
Energy-efficient hall ventilation system using layer ventilation to control welding fumes in production halls. Minimal air turbulence, high filtration efficiency (≥99.9%), recirculation of cleaned air, and easy retrofit without ductwork.

Operation and principle
The CleanAirTower protects personnel and equipment from fine dust generated during welding. Cleaned air is returned to the workspace. Optimized airflow directs sparks and particles to multiple impact points (pinball principle), extracting their energy and reducing airborne spread. The system operates on the layer ventilation principle recommended by occupational safety authorities.

Economy and operation
Efficient ventilation with simple control and flexible operation: low foreign-object hazard, effective energy extraction from sparks/particles, tornado principle for high separation efficiency, heating cost reduction through air recirculation, long filter service life, contamination-free dust disposal, cost-effective retrofit (no ductwork needed), upgradeable head element, safe transport and installation via lifting eyes, uninterrupted operation thanks to automatic dust discharge into collection buckets.
