Premixers for extruders and blow moulding systems with machine throughputs of up to 60 kg/h The pre-mixer type Gx is optimised for use in extrusion and blow moulding. Material is dosed into the mixer in batches and mixed homogeneously before processing. The premixer has four receptacles for dosing stations or slides, which are used for batch dosing. If the fill level falls below a certain level, all stations dose a precisely adjustable quantity into the mixer. This ensures that the colour tone always remains constant, even with uneven machine output.
