Our premixers mix plastics such as granulate, regrind or free-flowing powder with masterbatch or additives. Homogeneous mixing is the basis for further processing - in injection molding, extrusion or blow molding. Dosing and coloring With our dosing solutions, you can achieve maximum accuracy when dosing masterbatch or additives into a main material. We offer volumetric and gravimetric dosing solutions for dosing additives into a plastic material that is then processed in the injection molding machine or extruder. This allows you to achieve precisely consistent color shades when coloring. Premixers for extruders and blow moulding systems with machine throughputs of up to 60 kg/h The pre-mixer type Gx is optimised for use in extrusion and blow moulding. Material is dosed into the mixer in batches and mixed homogeneously before processing. The premixer has four receptacles for dosing stations or slides, which are used for batch dosing. If the fill level falls below a certain level, all stations dose a precisely adjustable quantity into the mixer. This ensures that the colour tone always remains constant, even with uneven machine output.
