Modular system — Peripherals & Marking / Process Modules (selected items)

• M1650 Tube — tube marking module that prints marker tubes and pushes them onto the wire; designed for machines in the Zeta 6x0 range.
• M1630 Jet — inkjet printer for fast, flexible line printing, operated directly via the machine control.
• IQJET — remotely controlled inkjet printer for fast, flexible printing and high uptime (initially available for Zeta 620 G2).
• AEH-LS — ferrule module crimps loose ferrules on pre-stripped wires; presence sensor monitors ferrule insertion.
• CM 04 Duo — sequenceable ferrule module crimps up to two loose ferrules with large cross-sections (4 and 6 mm²) on pre-stripped wires.
• CM 1/5 GS — ferrule module for up to five different ferrules on strap in different lengths.
• CM F20 — ferrule module for sequential processing of up to five ferrules on strap with trapezoidal crimp design.
• Schunk process module — enables ultrasonic compaction of wires as an alternative to ferrules.
