Brake motors are designed to deliver rapid and reliable deceleration or stopping of machinery within a short period. These motors are based on standard voltage, three-phase induction motors, customized for braking applications, and adhere to standardized dimensions and output power. Equipped with fail-safe electromagnetic brakes, our three-phase TEFC (IC 411) induction motors are ideally suited for cranes, woodworking equipment, machine tools, winches, traveling cranes, rescue vessels, and a wide range of ship deck and material-handling systems, where rapid braking is essential for safety and efficiency—whether due to power failure or emergency stop situations. Engineered to meet the most stringent technological requirements, these motors boast a modular design, allowing easy customization based on customer needs. They are built from high-grade materials and feature long-lasting bearings, durable weather- and corrosion-resistant finishes, asbestos-free friction materials, and a high-dielectric-strength insulation system tailored for frequency converter operation.
