The TL 1000SS stainless steel scissor lift table is the ideal solution for demanding applications such as wet areas or the food industry. Thanks to its robust construction made entirely of stainless steel – including the table top, base frame and scissors – it impresses with its durability, corrosion resistance and hygienic cleaning properties. With a load capacity of 1000 kg and a platform size of 1300 x 650 mm, the lift table offers a stable work surface for safe material transport. The minimum height is only 180 mm. Numerous features ensure the highest safety standards in accordance with EN 1570-1: a protective frame with acknowledgement function, a mechanical pipe burst valve and an electromagnetic valve on the cylinder. An overpressure and constant flow valve ensure safe operation, while the individually adjustable lowering speed enables precise control. The scissor lift table is supplied with maintenance-free plain bearings, high-quality stainless steel piston rods and a double-coated cylinder tube. It is manufactured on state-of-the-art laser machines for maximum precision. The permissible lifting frequency is 10 strokes per hour in two-shift operation or 10,000 strokes per year.
