The TLD 1000SS scissor lift table, made of high-quality stainless steel, is specially designed for use in wet areas and in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Its robust, corrosion-resistant construction guarantees durability and hygiene at the highest level – ideal for sensitive working environments. With a load capacity of 1000 kg and a generous platform size of 1300 x 800 mm, the lift table offers a stable and resilient work surface. The overall height is 375 mm, which allows it to be used even in confined spaces. Safe operation in accordance with EN 1570-1 is ensured by, among other things: - Protective frame with acknowledgement function - Mechanical pipe rupture valve - Electromagnetic valve on the cylinder - Pressure relief valve & constant flow valve Individually adjustable lowering speed for controlled movement sequences The platform of the TLD 1000SS is torsion-resistant and precisely manufactured on state-of-the-art laser machines. The scissors are equipped with maintenance-free plain bearings. Piston rods and cylinder tubes are made of stainless steel; the cylinder tube is additionally sandblasted, primed and double-coated with 2-component polyurethane paint – for maximum protection and durability. The permissible stroke frequency is 10 strokes per hour in two-shift operation or 10,000 strokes per year.
