The TCB 1000SS stainless steel scissor lift table has been specially developed for professional use in wet areas, the food industry and hygienically sensitive environments. Thanks to its completely rust-free stainless steel construction – including table top, base frame and scissors – it offers maximum corrosion resistance and hygienic cleaning. With a load capacity of 1000 kg and a generous platform size of 1500 x 800 mm, the TCB 1000SS is an extremely stable solution for safe material transport. The extremely low height of only 85 mm allows for particularly ergonomic access, even without a pit. Maximum operational safety in accordance with EN 1570-1 is ensured by: - Protective frame with acknowledgement function - Mechanical pipe rupture valve - Electromagnetic cylinder valve - Pressure relief valve & constant flow valve - Individually adjustable lowering speed for precise lift control The torsion-resistant platform is cut to size with the highest manufacturing precision on modern laser machines. Maintenance-free plain bearings in the scissors and stainless steel piston rods and cylinder tubes, double-coated with 2K polyurethane paint, ensure a long service life and high reliability. The permissible stroke frequency is 3–4 strokes per hour in two-shift operation, maximum 5000 strokes per year – ideal for applications with moderate stroke intensity.
