OverviewThe DC1500 vegetable and fruit dicer is engineered for cutting potatoes, carrots, beets and similar produce into uniform strips, slices or cubes. Interchangeable cutting tools make it possible to select cut shape and size while maintaining consistent output. Produce is fed manually into the hopper and discharged into a receiving bin.
