The JetFilter protects against dust emissions during feeder refill by filtering displaced air, venting cleaned air to the environment and returning captured dust to the process. The system is supplied by Kubota Brabender Technologie.

Technical details

• Filters displaced air generated during refill of loss-in-weight feeders
• Filter cartridge with polyester fleece media (compliant with FDA and GMP directives)
• Automatic pulse-jet cleaning uses compressed air to dislodge trapped dust; collected powder falls back into the feeder to avoid ingredient loss
• Available in sizes for hoppers up to 1000 dm³ (35.3 ft³)
