Description

Application: The PWS electro-hydraulic servo dynamic and static universal testing machine is composed of a host, a constant pressure servo pump station, a dynamic controller, computers and software, pipeline systems, and more. It is suitable for dynamic performance, fatigue, and static mechanical performance tests of various materials, structural components, and assemblies. It can perform tensile, compressive, dynamic low cycle fatigue, programmed fatigue, fracture mechanics, as well as static constant deformation, constant load control, and various mechanical performance tests. With appropriate accessories, it can conduct fatigue crack propagation, simulate actual working conditions, and perform mechanical performance tests at high and low temperatures. The PWS series is ideal for dynamic testing in aerospace, aviation, transportation, metallurgy, scientific research institutes, and universities. Features: - The testing machine is a single axis axial loading machine, with a downward-installed actuator. - Equipped with hydraulic fixtures, it can perform tensile, compressive, fatigue, and other tests on standard material specimens. - Comes with a comprehensive safety alarm system, enabling unmanned operation during testing. - Software protection: Upper and lower limit protection can be set for load and displacement. If exceeded, the host stops to ensure safety. - Hardware protection: motor phase loss, motor overcurrent, oil temperature interlock, filter blockage, emergency stop. Centering Ring Assembly: Configured for fine-tuning the coaxiality of the equipment. Air-cooled water chiller (optional): Used to cool the oil temperature of the hydraulic station.
