RotoTower X is a rotary table laser that combines high productivity with compact dimensions and ergonomics. The two-position rotary table allows marking in masked time, i.e. eliminating downtime by optimising component loading/unloading. While the laser marks the component in the cabinet, the operator can load/unload the next part, without the machine stopping. The laser marker is ready for robot integration if required. The work table has a diameter of 600 mm, which makes the system functional and very compact. RotoTower X is extremely safe thanks to the optical barriers that protect the operator from potential collisions when rotating the table. In automatic working mode, the operator can load/unload the part processed/to be processed at the same time as the marking process as the table has two 2 positions. This maximises productivity by eliminating additional loading/unloading time. This marker can be used with the table either in automatic or manual mode. In the first case, the operator loads the part, starts the cycle and the table moves to bring it into the marking cabinet. In the second case, the operator can load the component through the side inspection door and start the cycle. The RotoTower X is equipped with a Z-axis with 400mm travel for focusing and an X-axis with 500mm travel to extend the working range up to 420x100mm. It is therefore possible to mark pallets with several components or the same workpiece in several positions. Both axes are motorised with encoders and are managed directly by the FlyCAD software.
