RotoMark X is a laser marking system equipped with a rotary table that can have from 2 to 4 stations allowing marking in masked time: while the machine is marking a component, the operator is already loading the next component onto the table. The table mechanism ensures speed, precision and repeatability.
This laser marker is designed for both large production requirements and large parts. Its versatility also means it is extremely functional when a single part or a limited series needs to be produced
The RotoMark X is equipped with a ø1000mm 2/4-position rotary table for marking in masked time and a combined X/Z axis system. The X-axis allows a larger marking area to be covered than the focal length alone. With the FFL160 focal length, the working area becomes 800x100mm, a size that can be further increased if a larger diameter lens is used. In fact, with an FFL254 focal length, the marking area becomes 850x150mm.
The structure, made entirely of stretched, welded and milled steel, allows higher axis accelerations without the risk of vibrations, with absolute stability and high resistance in the event of machine movement and/or accidental shocks. The rotary table mechanism, with a mechanical cam, guarantees: great stability thanks to a large diameter bearing, positioning accuracy and repeatability in the order of 100µm at the edge of the table and speed of rotation (thus greater productivity) thanks to inverter control.
