The TowerMark X laser marker is extremely versatile and can be equipped with different laser sources depending on the material to be marked. The main feature of this machine is an innovative X- and Z-handling system that increases the marking area to 600x100mm (with FFL160 focal length), so that large workpieces can be engraved, but especially jigs or pallets with hundreds of parts. The laser marker is compatible with various accessories such as vision systems, rotary axis, 3D head and side boxes for marking longer parts, available in 500mm or 1000mm per side. The X-axis stroke is 500 mm, which allows the marking area to be increased to 600×100 mm (with focal length FFL160) so that very long parts can be automatically marked without moving them, as well as pallets with hundreds of small objects. Towermark X is upgradeable with the TTL vision system, ideal for laser marking on very small parts where extreme precision and high definition is required. A rotary axis can be installed inside the marking cabin for marking cylindrical parts. The Z-axis of the TowerMark X allows marking of parts up to 400 mm high (with focal length FFL160). The slide rail is with recirculating ball bearing and ensures speed, precision and durability. The Z-axis is programmable from FlyCAD, while the joystick and SmartFocus allow manual movement and finding of the right focus distance even on complex workpieces.
