The PenFeeder is the ultimate solution for all types of marking on any type of pen and pencils. Developed with the collaboration between LASIT and GPE Ardenghi, it excels in operational efficiency thanks to its load and feed buffer with singulariser, and features such as quick change between orders and automatic tape width adjustment. The PenFeeder integrates MOPA, CO2 and UV laser sources to mark metal, plastic, painted, bamboo or rubberized pencils or pens. It allows markings, 3D up to 120°, 360° continuous drawing and multiple sides with any angle between markings. Configurable with single laser, dual lasers same source (to maximize productivity) or dual lasers of different sources (to maximise flexibility). The PenFeeder automatically repositions pens loaded incorrectly into the magazine, minimising the operators intervention. The Lift and Rotation system provides movement of the pens so that the clips are aligned, ensuring job accuracy and time optimisation in the next step. Adaptable to any material, it supports multiple laser configurations for precise and customisable marking, including double-sided or 360-degree marking, thanks to the automatic pen rotation system. In addition, the system is so versatile that it can also be adapted to other cylindrical components. The system is equipped with 400-pen magazines and can handle up to 3,000 pens per hour.
