The DrinkFeeder is the ultimate solution for all types of marking on any type of drinks bottle. The result of a collaboration between LASIT and GPE Ardenghi, it excels in operational efficiency thanks to its loading and feed buffer with singulariser, and features such as quick changeover between orders and automatic belt width adjustment. The DrinkFeeder integrates MOPA, CO2 and UV laser sources to mark powder-coated, painted, bamboo drinkware, all types of plastics (PTE, RPTE, Trittan) and borosilicate glass. Allows markings, 3D up to 120°, 360° continuous pattern and multiple sides with any angle between markings. Configurable with single laser, dual lasers same source (to maximize productivity) or dual lasers of different source (to maximize flexibility). It can also integrate with robots and function as an in-line solution, as it is designed to meet high production demands. The DrinkFeeder can mark all cylindrical objects with extreme precision. Components are loaded onto a conveyor chain that takes them to the marking area, where an alignment system ensures correct positioning. A lifting mechanism then positions the object for engraving. The system can mark up to 360 degrees of the surface, even offering 3D options. This flexibility allows markings on multiple sides and at different angles, adapting to various customization needs. Once the marking cycle has started, the machine is specifically designed to work autonomously, providing a significant reduction in production costs and a substantial increase in productivity.
