The Helios laser marking system is a three-axis machine ideal for marking large components or pallets with hundreds of small parts The machine is made entirely of welded and precision machined steel. It can withstand heavy loads of up to 250 kg; the steel structure also guarantees fast and precise movement of the axes, which cover a large area without the need to move the table. The steel construction allows this marking system to cover an area of 1000x500x500 mm with precision and accuracy. A marking area of this type allows large components, such as die casts and automotive components of all kinds, to be engraved, as well as pallets with smaller components, such as tools and medical instruments. At the heart of the machine is the XYZ axis system mounted on a steel base to ensure extreme rigidity. The geometry and stability of the machine are independent of the external structure. HELIOS is not a “commercial” 3-axis combination but a true laser machining centre designed with FEM techniques. This makes it compact, rigid and precise. This laser marker can be integrated with all laser sources and a wide variety of accessories, which can also be added at a later date. These accessories include: TTL or side vision systems, manual or motorised rotating head, 3-axis or W-axis head, barcode readers and LASIT vacuum system.
