Description

Tower Label X is the ideal laser marker for automatically marking tags. This marking machine can manage one or more operating sequences depending on the customer’s needs thanks to the FlyCAD software. One of the advantages of this LASIT software is the ability to manage data progressively, automatically populating the laser engraving content on the plates according to a production order. Each Towerlabel loader can hold up to 200mm of labels. Loaders can be either fixed or adjustable in size. Loaders can be either fixed or adjustable in size. The operator places the plates in the loader and starts the cycle through the software. At this point, the plates are automatically marked and then picked up by the Pick&Place system (equipped with a suction cup) and unloaded. The Tower label laser marker can be configured with up to 4 loaders for increased productivity. Each loader can be used for loading or unloading according to the requirements of the laser marking cycle. Unloading can be done in a second warehouse (different from the loading warehouse) and in this case is called orderly unloading, or in a container via a chute (disorderly unloading).
