Overview
PET bottle crushing and recycling line designed to crush, wash and separate labels and caps to produce pure, dry, uniform-size PET flakes. The series supports customized configurations to address varied waste PET specifications and material characteristics arising from diverse recycling sources.

Application
Suitable for recycling a wide range of PET bottles including mineral water and beverage bottles, detergent and household chemical containers, snack and food packaging, pharmaceutical bottles, and industrial PET containers and tubes.

• Bale opener: break up compressed PET bottle bales
• Disc sorting machine: remove stones, heavy objects and dislodged caps
• Manual sorting platform (optional): manual sorting by bottle type and color
• Metal detection and separation equipment: detect and remove metal contaminants
• Pre-washing machine: remove residual liquids and loose contaminants
• Shredder: wet shredding to reduce bottle size and assist cleaning
