Description

Overview
PET bottle crushing and recycling line is designed to crush, clean and separate waste PET bottles (including labels and caps) to produce pure, dry and uniform-size PET flakes. The line is modular and can be configured for different feedstock qualities and production capacities, delivering tailored processing flows for mixed recycling inputs.

Applications
This line is suitable for recycling various types of PET bottles, including waste mineral water and beverage bottles, detergent and household chemical containers, snack packaging, pharmaceutical bottles and industrial PET containers and tubes.

Suggested recycling line machines for reference
  • 1. Bale opener: break up baled PET bottles
  • 2. Disc sorting machine: remove stones, heavy objects and dislodged caps
  • 3. Manual sorting platform (optional): manual separation by bottle type and color
  • 4. Metal detection and separation equipment: detect and remove metal contaminants
  • 5. Pre-washing machine: remove residual liquids and loose contaminants
  • 6. Shredder (first stage): wet shredding to reduce size and begin cleaning
  • 7. Spiral washing machine (first stage): wash and convey material
  • 8. Shredder (second stage): further size reduction with water-assisted shredding
  • 9. Spiral cleaning machine (second stage): continued cleaning and transfer
  • 10. Centrifugal dehydrator (first): remove excess water from bottle pieces

  • 12. High-temperature cooker: thermal treatment to remove adhesives and oils
  • 13. Rinsing and sedimentation tank: separate floating labels/caps and further clean settled flakes
  • 14. Centrifugal dehydrator (second): dewater the PET flakes
  • 15. Label removal system (secondary): remove remaining labels and impurities
  • 16. Fully automatic bagging system: fill and pack finished PET flakes into storage or shipping bags
