The braided wire rope sling is comprised of several galvanised steel wire ropes, braided by hand. It offers a safety factor of 5. The sling is highly flexible, resistant and has a large grip width. It can be used for “basket handling”. This wire rope sling is available in stainless steel on request. To increase surface contact between the wire rope sling and the load, LIFTEUROP offers wire rope slings braided with either 6 or 8 ropes. LIFTEUROP also offers a closed wire rope sling with an even higher level of resistance. This wire rope sling comes with an EC declaration and is readily available. In addition, it has an ID Tag ALITAG, which includes legible marking and an individual traceability code.
