DuploFLEX 3 | 4 EB
Engineered bond with double-sided flexible PE reinforcement and a viscoelastic composite structure for superior handling during mounting and demounting as well as precise print images at low impression settings in label and flexible packaging printing.

• Excellent results for fine process work, halftones, solids and clean fonts in the 0.38 mm thickness category
• Compatible with UV, solvent and water-based inks
• Available in various foam hardnesses and two tape thicknesses to tune print image
• Color-coded products for immediate foam hardness identification
• Minimized plate lifting and no uncontrolled dot gain; residue-free demounting

DuploFLEX CB
Solvent-free pure acrylic adhesive combined with high-quality closed-cell polymer foam for excellent print image and adaptable solutions for lamination processes or the use of prelaminated, compressible bases in corrugated board post-printing.

• Solution-oriented kit for post-print processes: perform in-house lamination or use a prelaminated compressible base
• New solvent-free pure acrylic adhesive formula: strong grip to the sleeve side and improved sustainability with up to 50% less solvent in the adhesive coating process
• PET film carrier extended on one side for easier handling of bases and quick fixing of edging strips
• Brilliant print image with flat-top-dot and surface screening technologies
• Available in various foam thicknesses and equipped either with a PET film carrier or self-adhesive on one side

FS 57 Splicing Tape
Double-sided splicing tape with a self-splittable carrier for flying splices of flexible material in converting processes such as flexo and rotogravure printing and laminating.
