UV-LUX® — UV-Activatable Tape
UV-LUX® is a UV-light activatable adhesive tape solution with a color change on activation. It enables dark curing (no continuous thermal input required) and provides initial tack for easy placement plus a visible color change to control activation. Typical behavior supports quick manufacturing processes and reliable handling immediately after activation.

UV-LUX® — Key process & performance points

• UV-activation with ~365 nm in seconds.
• Color change at activation (optional) for process control.
• Up to ~10 minutes open time (processing window) depending on application.

DuploTEC® SBF — Polyurethane High-performance Bonding System
Strong, flexible and quick to process. Rapid network formation at low temperatures makes this adhesive film suitable for short cycle times and processes requiring maintained flexibility after curing.

Polyurethane — Technology & process

• Thermosetting polyurethane adhesive system (solvent-free, dry adhesive film).
• Latent reactive formulation with structural bonding characteristics.
• Pre-applicable between approx. 50–55 °C; allows storage up to about 3 months after pre-application.
• Activation typically between ~70–160 °C; activation within seconds possible depending on formulation.
• Low curing temperatures; remains elastic and flexible after curing.
• Individual and precise adhesive dimensions available.

DuploTEC® SBF — Epoxy Adhesive Systems and Tapes
Combines pressure-sensitive tape-like initial tack with structural bonding performance after curing. Suitable where high heat and chemical resistance as well as high strength are required.

Epoxy — Technology & process

• Epoxy-based thermosetting tape with initial adhesion (PSA-like application).
• Structural bonding performance after curing; highly resistant to ageing and chemicals.
• Curing starts from ~130 °C (266 °F); curing time depends on temperature and formulation.
• Adaptable to individual process conditions; minimum pressure for application approx. 1 N/cm².
