Magneto is an ultra-fine magnetic separation system that can be easily adapted and customised thanks to its simplicity. It is made entirely of Aisi 304 stainless steel and equipped with permanent neodymium magnetic elements with a force of 5000 Gauss. Losma guarantees that each purifier is individually tested through rigorous control procedures. A quality and functional test certificate is issued for each unit. Operation Filtration is performed by placing Magneto in the clean coolant tank in an area close to the pump to allow the fluid to pass through. High levels of filtration are achieved by channelling the liquid longitudinally, with simple bulkheads. Cleaning Magneto is very simple: the bars are removed from their seat and the sludge is discharged into a special container.
