Description

REKOS ZKR piston metering pump The REKOS ZKR is a powerful double-piston dosing pump designed for precise and reliable dosing in industrial applications. With a flow rate of 420 l/h at 50 Hz (504 l/h at 60 Hz) and a max pressure of 10 bar, it is ideal for demanding processes. It features two parallel stainless steel heads with robust pistons and PTFE seals rated for up to 40 bar, ensuring long life and tightness. Stroke length is manually adjustable from 0–100% for linear dosing control, ideal for proportional dosing. Spring-loaded stainless steel valves (DN25) and FPM seals ensure reliability. G3/4 female threads allow easy system integration. A 0.55 kW (50 Hz) or 0.65 kW (60 Hz) motor ensures efficient, dependable operation. Perfect for chemical processing, water and wastewater treatment, and other critical dosing tasks. Rugged design ensures long-term durability.
