Centrifugal pump B80 HME | KME Flexible centrifugal immersion pumps for demanding applications The B80 KME and B80 HME series have been specially developed for stationary use in tanks, basins and plants in the chemical industry as well as in surface technology, process engineering and waste water management. Both pump types are versatile, robust and designed for a long service life. B80 KME - Wet-installed centrifugal immersion pump The B80 KME is a direct-coupled, plain bearing pump for pumping and circulating neutral and chemically aggressive liquids. It is suitable for applications such as electroplating, water treatment, industrial waste disposal or as a circulation pump in gas scrubbers and heat exchangers. Immersion depths: 600 - 1500 mm Materials: Corrosion-resistant plastics for all parts in contact with the medium Advantages: Compact design Abrasion-resistant materials Low-vibration and low-wear operation Self-centring alignment in the bearing shell B80 HME - Bearingless cantilever design The B80 HME impresses with its bearingless cantilever design, which is coupled directly to an IEC motor. This design allows for service-friendly dry installation next to the tank, which makes maintenance and repair work much easier. The pump can also be operated temporarily in dry running mode and is suitable for corrosive and mechanically contaminated liquids.
