A slightly pink-colored powder. Manganese gluconate is anhydrous when obtained by spray-drying or a dihydrate when obtained by crystallization. It is very soluble in hot water and is very slightly soluble in alcohol.
Manganese gluconate [Mn(C6H11O7 is used as a food additive, a vitamin, and a dietary supplement (also manganese glycerophosphate). It is found in green leafy vegetables, legumes, (peas and beans), and brewer’s yeast.
Manganese gluconate is a skin conditioner used to improve or maintain the skin’s texture and feel.
For powders, granules and flakes, we usually use plastic woven bags or cardboard drums.
