Semi-automatic electro-hydraulic tyre changer with base, designed for tyres up to 56" for trucks, buses, agricultural and earthmoving machines. Universal 4-jaw hydraulic self-centering chuck clamps standard rims from 14" to 42" and up to 56" with optional extensions. Jaws provide five clamping points. Spindle offers two rotation speeds in both directions. Minimum central hole diameter for clamp: 115 mm. Tool-holder carriage features automatic left-right translational movement. Hydraulic distribution includes a pressure-regulating valve to handle aluminium, alloy and thin or delicate rims safely.

Tool arm movements
Movement modes: semiautomatic on DIDO 56A (manual lifting and rotation; hydraulic lateral translation) and manual on DIDO 56 (manual lifting, rotation and lateral translation).

Hydraulic unit
Hydraulic unit equipped with a regulating valve that adjusts chuck operating pressure to adapt clamping force to different rim materials and delicate structures, reducing risk of damage on aluminium and light-alloy rims.
