OverviewTC722/24 tyre changer features a 41 mm hexagonal vertical arm with a tolerance‑minimizing device and a 50×50 mm horizontal arm to reduce flexures when working with Run-flat tyres. The machine uses a simultaneous vertical and horizontal arm locking system; the vertical arm has a spring return. A pneumatic rear tilting post provides maximum rigidity.
Turntable and ClampingTurntable suitable for rims up to 27". The square plate rounded at the corners facilitates removal of the second bead. The plate is equipped with opposing jaws and two Ø 80 mm cylinders, ensuring optimal clamping force on all rim types. Jaws have replaceable tips.
Inflation and Bead BreakerPG version (standard) includes an inflation device with fixed control instrument, graduated gauge and pedal control. Bead breaker features an ergonomic arm to operate on wheels up to 15" width.
Controls and DriveRemovable pedal unit for easy maintenance; four pedals aligned at the front. Motor with dual rotation (clockwise/counterclockwise) and two speeds controlled by pedal (7 / 14 rpm). Optional Motoinverter version (on request) with in-house control board offers stepless 0–16 rpm variation.
Standard configurationStandard supply includes turntable with opposing jaws, PG inflation device with fixed gauge and pedal control, ergonomic bead breaker arm, removable pedal unit and pneumatic rear tilting post.
