Overview
Tyre changer designed for professional workshops. Features a 41 mm hexagonal vertical arm with a tolerance‑minimizing device and a 60×60 mm horizontal arm to reduce flexures, making it suitable for Run‑flat tyres. Simultaneous vertical and horizontal arm locking with spring return on the vertical arm. Pneumatic rear tilting post with reinforced base for maximum rigidity.

Turntable and clamping
Square turntable with rounded corners and locking capacity up to 27”. The corner radii facilitate disassembly of the second bead. Clamping uses opposing jaws driven by two Ø80 mm cylinders to ensure optimal clamping force on all rim types. Jaws fitted with replaceable tips.

Inflation and bead breaker
PG (standard) inflation kit with fixed control instrument, graduated gauge and pedal-operated control. Bead breaker equipped with an ergonomic arm suitable for wheels up to 17” in width.

Controls and motor
Removable pedal unit for easy maintenance with four pedals aligned at the front. Motor provides dual rotation (clockwise and counterclockwise) and two-speed operation controlled by pedal (7 / 14 rpm). Motoinverter version (optional) with in-house control board offers stepless speed variation 0–16 rpm.

STANDARD CONFIGURATION
Includes turntable with opposing jaws, inflation kit, bead breaker arm and removable pedal unit as standard components.
