Automatic tyre changer TC755LL featuring LeverLess technology for safe operation on latest-generation UHP and Run Flat tyres. Supports rim diameters up to 30" and provides quick, secure wheel clamping via an adjustable-height centre post with a new rubber surface to allow clamping of reverse rims directly on the plate.

• LL demounting group (Leverless, M&B patent) with double rim support to reduce bead and rim stress and lower operator effort
• Vertical arm with 41 mm thickness for increased rigidity and reduced bending over time
• Horizontal arm locked by cylinder; base roller with eccentric allows clearance adjustment and optimal sliding
• Horizontal arm extended by 2" to handle wheels up to 16" width; new fastening system improves sliding
• Bead breaker with larger rod and cylinder diameters for enhanced force
• Optional helper group with ergonomic handle for mounting UHP and Run Flat tyres
• Proportional inverter motor with stepless 0-16 rpm speed control
• Tyre inflating facility while tyre is clamped on the turntable centre post

Standard configuration
Basic supply includes turntable with centre post, LL demounting head, vertical and horizontal arms, bead breaker and inverter motor. Optional helper group available.
