Overview
MAC3 supplies the DRC series thermal mass dryers with integrated line filters. These dryers are designed for industrial compressed air systems and combine compact construction with corrosion-resistant stainless steel components.

DBP externally regenerated adsorption dryers

• Integrated line filters: ≤ DRC 3330 (MX): Filtration 1 µm; (MY): Residual oil 0.01 µm
• Refrigerant: R-513a
• Max. operating pressure: 15 bar

• Controllers: DIGIPRO (495–930) or ESD controller (≥ DRC 1200)

Energy / cooling system
Dryers adapt their energy consumption to the airflow. The cooling system lowers the temperature of the water–glycol mixture by up to 1°C and stores it in a stainless steel tank. A small pump circulates the mixture to cool the compressed air. The cooling compressor stops when the mixture reaches the set temperature, providing energy savings.
