Description

Working Stroke [mm]: - 0 Throat [mm] A1: - 80 Troat [mm] A2: - 0 T-slot [mm] similar to DIN 650: - 12 Ram bore Øxdepth [mm]: - 20H7 x 25 Ram Ø [mm] / Surface F [mm²]: - 40 Space required CxG [mm]: - 155 x 220 DA presses have a modular design and can be selected exactly with the dimensions required for the intended application. This enables an optimal price/performance ratio. DA type direct acting pneumatic presses are available in various sizes with capacities of 1,5 kN - 34 kN and throats up to 300 mm. Standard stroke lengths from 40 mm to 120 mm are available in 20 mm steps. DA presses are equipped as standard with an innovative, precise and easy to use system that allows for precise stroke settings. The press-in depth can thus be adjusted to 0.01 mm reading accuracy over a maximum stroke length of 80 mm by means of a scale nut with vernier. The press ram is secured against rotation. The position of the ram is controlled by means of reed contacts. There is no readjustment of the sensors necessary when the length of stroke is changed because the magnets always move to the same end positions. All direct acting pneumatic presses are available as an automation module or can be supplied with mäder controls for individual workstations.
