The GrindTec line is the alternative to the traditional electromagnetic grinding table: stable over time, it does not overheat and its surface can be machined multiple times. 4 different polar geometries and machine thickness starting from 2 mm, available in various sizes and rectangular and circular shapes. GrindTec is the solution specifically designed for pieces with a thickness of 5 mm and is available in various sizes. It is suitable for all types of machines. THE SOLUTION GrindTec: innovation in grinding There is an alternative to the traditional magnetic chuck for parallel pole grinding: GrindTec. In 2025 we developed the conceptual design of a completely redesigned magnetic chuck. The chuck is manufactured upside down, combining the best features of the two technologies that have been patented and produced over the years. The new technology makes the frame itself the magnetic pole. This allows the construction of a magnetic chuck that is rigid, lightweight, and more efficient in terms of magnetic performance, defined as an integrated-pole and self-anchoring system. The monoblock frame has a reduced thickness in order to lighten the load on the machine tool. The magnetic poles and the electrical coils are insulated to prevent interference and are separated by a space called a diaphragm. GrindTec is equipped with the patented “NUFLUX” system, for complete elimination of magnetic residue from the workpiece, even with alloy steel. Designed for pieces with thicknesses starting from 5 mm, GrindTec is available in various sizes, rectangular or circular shapes and is suitable for all types of machines.
