Experience outstanding equipment features combined with great flexibility in workpiece size and increase your productivity in the production environment. • Axle arrangement in cylindrical coordinate design: A shaft and form measuring device combined – faster and more accurate than classic 3D measuring devices. • Very wide range of applications for rotationally symmetrical workpieces: Up to a diameter of 200 mm and a length of 450 mm. • The ergonomic device design in combination with safety light curtains and intelligent environmental monitoring sensors enables safe and effective work for 24/7 production operations. • Innovation – Centering and tilting table on an optical-tactile shaft measuring device. • Very fast mechanical alignment with an accuracy factor only known from form measuring machines – high-speed (< 30 seconds). • For high-precision measurement of rotationally symmetrical workpieces that are not manufactured/can't be clamped between centers. • Also suitable for internal measurements with our high-precision probe systems. • Optical-tactile multi-sensor technology – advantages of both sensors in one device: • High-resolution and fast matrix camera with a large field of view in combination with • Renishaw SP25M: proven 3D probe system or • Mahr T7W: 1D form probe system with motorized rotary axis and thus very fast stylus change. • Simple change of the probe system via quick-change system.
