Motors: Three phase of 1.75 HP / 1.29 kW (230-400V 50Hz / 220V 60Hz) Single phase of 2.5 HP / 1.84 kW (230V 50Hz / 110-220V 60 Hz) All single phase models have as standard a cooling fan kit to reduce heat transfer. Three phase models can also have this kit as an option. Dimensions of base: 35 x 45 cm Construction: Made of stainless steel 18/10 including cylinder base except the lid and piston which are in anodized aluminium. Lid cylinder and meat piston can optionally be made of stainless steel 18/10. Versions FI-25 INT & FC-25 INT comply with NSF / ANSI 8 American health certification. OPTIONS Stainless steel lid cylinder & meat piston. Automatic start and stop system of the motor on releasing the knee lever (only for three phase motors). Automatic piston pullback. Cooling fan kit for three phase motors. Set of wheels (two lockable) or Anti-tilt trolley with castors. Manual Portioning Device. Optional doser valve ideal for dispensing sauces, creams or pates.
