Product overview
The MRB skirting board and step milling machine is engineered for automatic thickness milling on ceramic and other construction materials to produce skirting boards, step pieces, rounded/bevelled edges and similar profiles. The unit integrates a conveyor belt with a pressing bar to ensure stable clamping and consistent finishing. Diamond tooling can be swapped without replacing the motor, enabling different attack angles and surface results.

Operation
The milling cycle runs automatically on a conveyor belt equipped with a pressing bar that guarantees correct piece clamping. Tool changes are quick and the machine accepts multiple diamond grinding tool types (cutting discs, tangential wheels, profile wheels, lamellar brushes) to obtain varied finishes and shapes.
