Overview
Skirting board and mitering machine MRV-350/5+1 (also available as MRV-350/7+1) is a compact milling machine engineered for machining construction materials. Built for distributors and machining workshops, it performs milling, profiling and mitering of skirting boards and step treads with flexible configurations according to tooling and options.

Standard Versions

• MRV-350/5+1 – short support: 5 milling motors + 1 opposite microbevelling motor. Suitable for piece widths up to 600 mm.
• MRV-350/5+1 – long support: same motor configuration. Suitable for piece widths up to 1200 mm.
• MRV-350/7+1 – short support: 7 milling motors + 1 opposite microbevelling motor. Suitable for piece widths up to 600 mm.
• MRV-350/7+1 – long support: same motor configuration. Suitable for piece widths up to 1200 mm.

Formats achievable
The machine can produce a wide range of skirting and step profiles, including:

• Skirting board with microbevel
• Bevelled skirting board
• Skirting board with miter
• Bullnose / half-circle skirting board
• Half bullnose with or without bevels
• Step treads: simple, bullnose/half-bullnose, 1/2 bullnose or 1/4 circle, complete step with anti-skid grooves, bevelled step tread

Optionals

• Servomotorized side toothed belt synchronized with the conveyor for milling short sides (heading).
• Cleaning kit (water spray at machine exit for surface cleaning).
• Multi-speed kit (high speed ~90 Hz / low speed ~10 Hz operation without loss of torque).
