Overview
Sequadrum, MAINCER’s dry grinding squaring line for ceramic tiles, eliminates water use in the squaring process to reduce energy consumption and maintenance costs. Designed for industrial tile production, the system removes dryers, pumping and water treatment systems and improves process efficiency and sustainability.

Components

• Feeder from pallets by sliding suction plates: pallet loading zone with vacuum plates and roller conveyor with adjustable speed for automatic tile transfer.
• Marking system: widia roller markers with up to 5 marking bridges; painted steel chassis; belt transport driven by gearmotor; pneumatic lubrication.
• Tile breaking device: conveyored breaking unit (1200×2500 mm) driven by gearmotor; three pressure rollers (two top, one bottom) each motorized; height and longitudinal adjustment to match tile thickness and cut spacing.
• Conveyor section: transport with four C-type belts and pulleys on a carbon steel frame; typical dimensions 1200 × 4000 × 1000 mm; gearmotor drive with electronic control.
• Squaring units: progressive edge rectification with diamond grinding wheels to achieve 2-to-2 parallelism and equal diagonals; integrated chamfering motors for beveling sharp edges.

Versions

• 5-motor version: configuration with 5 calibrating motors for special pieces or lower production runs.
• 10-motor version: configuration with 10 calibrating motors for large formats and high-volume production.
