The MRR-841 is an ultra-compact Digital Display / digital-to-analog converter specifically designed to be used with Malema’s MW Series paddlewheel flowmeters. The MRR-841 incorporates both a user-scalable 7-digit LED display that displays fluid flow rate and two user programmable alarm (Hi/Lo) points. Alarm status is shown both on the Display’s front panel and open collector outputs are included for use in remote monitoring. The MRR-841 accepts a pulse signal generated from a flowmeter such as Malema’s MW Series paddlewheel meters and by continuously measuring the incoming pulse frequency and applying the appropriate scaling factor, displays the rate of fluid flow (GPM, liters per minute, etc.) on the front panel. The MRR Series also converts the flowmeter pulses to an analog signal (0-5 vdc) for use in remote monitoring applications.
