Description

MASTER Plus - Load Tilter Option Designed for ergonomic handling of panels, Master Plus with tipper option is a lifting-tube handling solution that can carry and tilt bulky loads up to 180 kg. Ideal for joinery, glazing and production lines handling plastic panels, sheeting etc… On sites specialising in industrial production, carpentry and panelwork, during the handling of wood and plastic panels, windows, doors or sheets, operators can be required to tilt panels flat to the vertical or vice versa. This operation is restrictive at several levels: several persons required, difficulty of lifting, risk at time of tipping and removal. The Master Plus Control Handle can be equipped with a load-tile option which allows a single operator to grip, lift, tilt and remove large panels weighing up to 180 kg. A pneumatic cylinder, controlled with ease by the operator, allows the tilt of the load to be managed. This solution is ideal for supplying power saws or production apparatus. The advantage of the Master Plus tilter option is that it makes the lifting and moving of panels smooth. The increase in operators' productivity is significant! MASTER Plus also guarantees total removal of tedious and heavy work eliminating the factors that cause MSD (musculoskeletal disorders).
