Epoxy-painted steel stacker with frame equipped with variable geometry (patented) with manual lift and travel. Fitted with a rotofûts® mixer/emptying device for picking up, mixing and turning Ø 600 mm metal drums in a tank up to 1100 mm high. Performance Robust construction for intensive use. Manual model: 2 foot lift speeds, 40 or 70 mm/pump. Rotofûts® mixer: electric rotation by geared motor with brake. Rotation speed of 9 rpm in forward/backward direction. Standard programme: repetitions of 7 forward turns - 7 reverse turns. The number of cycle repetitions is set by a programmable timer. IP55 waterproof electrical box with male and female sockets. 220V-380V three-phase mains supply with 4.50 m extension lead. Safety Variable geometry allowing the side rails to be moved apart for greater stability. Rear wheels fitted with foot protection and brakes. Device to prevent the stacker from tipping over if an obstacle is encountered on the way down. Protective structure not included when used in automatic mode. Complies with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and ISO 3691-5.
