Description

The EC10 horizontal single stage cheese cutter is designed to cut 40 lb (20 kg) blocks into various stick configurations, including sticks for deli cutting, slicing or pre-cutting applications. The machine is fully guarded with pneumatic safety interlocks and is ultimately wash down safe to meet food plant requirements. • Guided pneumatic cylinder to achieve accurate cutting dimensions • Stainless steel food grade design allows for complete washdown capabilities • Easy interchangeable heads & frames allow many different portion sizes
